Need a quick and easy weekday breakfast idea? This power smoothie bowl is your answer to everyone's weekday dilemma of what to eat and make on the fly! Filled with antioxidants, superfoods, and the perfect balance of nutrients needed to make your tummy happy and your brain start the day on the right foot!
1 cup frozen strawberries and blueberries ( mixture)
1 cup siggies plain yogurt
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tablespoon Vermont Peanut Butter
sprinkling of fresh fruit( I always love blackberries)
a good heaping of Purely Elizabeth Granola ( my new obsession! Every Flavor is amazing ( and no I do not get anything for bragging about them, they are just that amazing!)
1. Put all smoothie ingredients into a blender ( my favorite is the nutribullet ) blend until smooth. This should be a fairly thick consistency that you might need a spoon to eat!
