Apple Tacos

When it comes to hosting a party, finger foods are a MUST!  These little apple tacos are perfect as an appetizer or as a sweet treat to end the night...heck I will eat them during the week, they are so delicious and filled with good for your ingredients....and NO SUGAR!! 

Yes, you heard right, these little babies have no sugar ( except from the sweetness of the apple itself).  Made with grain and dairy free Siete wraps, organic honey crisp apples, and of course cinnamon, these little tacos are calling your name.  Did I mention that they are made in under 10 minutes?!?!


1 honey crisp apple

2 tablespoons cinnamon

3 siete almond flour wraps

2 inch circle cookie cutter

1/2 teaspoon Gingerbread wild friends peanut butter

1 mini muffin pan

1. Begin by cutting out your siete wraps, you will get 4 circles per wrap. Spray each side with a little bit of coconut oil and dip them into the cinnamon.

2. Then take you muffin tin and turn it upside down.  Place the little circles in between the muffin lines, forming them into a taco.  Bake at 350 for 5 minutes until they have formed a solid taco shape.

3. While baking, cut your apple up into teeny tiny pieces.  Place them into a saute pan with the remaining cinnamon, and saute until tender.

4.  To assemble the tacos, place the apples into the little taco shells, and then drizzle the top of them with a smidgen of wild friends gingerbread peanut butter for an extra boost of protein and deliciousness!
