This soup will save the day on a really cold night, or even just when you are craving something creamy and dreamy!!
2 cauliflower heads
15 ounces of chicken broth ( you can use the broth from my whole roasted chicken recipe!)
cut up and boil the 2 heads of cauliflower and turnips. Keep boiling until they are VERY fork tender( they should fall off immediately.)
Place into a blender( I use my ninja blender) and blend on high speed, slowly adding in the chicken broth until well blended.
This should be a creamy consistency. Place into a Tupperware container to save for later or serve immediately!
